Hello friends  today's blog is totally for foodies or I can say for those have sweet tooth..... because today m gonna write about very famous and traditional dish of our very own India "PHIRNI" and tricks and tips which make this more yumm..... Or say some ghar k nuskhe wale tips....

Ingredients :  milk if you want to serve two people than take 3 bowl milk
Rice half small bowl (dipped for 1 hour)
Sugar as per your taste.

Method first you need to boil the milk once it boiled make the has simmer. On secondly grind your soaked rice in mixer and put the rice in milk. 
Check rice don't over cook it should be a bit Kaha or say dardara....and then put sugar in it then make a boil and close the gas and make it cool by keep it in a bowl ND put it in refrigerator.

Now the tips and tricks part:
And also you need to put cardamom and keser(saffron) in it when once milk got boiled.
If you don't have cardamom or keser  what you can do is you can put than thandai which we generally  drink in summers in milk what you have to do is just to put 2 spoon full in firni and mix it properly.
For serving take some almonds dip in water if you didn't do it early you just need to put that bowl in microwave for 30-40 seconds than slice them in thin pieces and spread all over in cold PHIRNI.
