Today i am
writing this blog.. Which is based on what i saw yesterday... one of my colleague
got faint yesterday in office and i ask her are you suffering from some problem
or its just heat effect. This was due to this hotly hot summer. So friends i
would love to give you people advice don’t go outside and then go in AC
frequently. It will definitely affect your body temperature which will cause
fainting, vomits, nausea and many others. So to protect yourself and your loved
ones here are some basic tips which can give you relief.....
1) Make a
routine whenever you go out somewhere just cover your whole face except eyes to
a wet cotton cloth, it will not allow the hot air to enter into your head.
2) Don’t eat
too much street food because in t summers these foods are not safe at all for
your body and skin and health as well.
3) Drinks
lot and lot of water and then go to washroom so that your body can easily detox
which will also help to remove heat from your body
4) Use fuller’s
earth as a face pack and head mask to keep your skin stress and free and keep
yourself calm.
Mix Fuller earth (Multani Miti) in rose water and tap
water for FACE & BODY and For HAIR use this with curd or without
salted buttermilk which will give you a lot of relaxation.
